An easy fried rice recipe…
Heat oil in a pan, add some whole spices, then add soaked basmati rice, after heating it for 2-3 minutes, pour water, add salt into it, mix well, then cook it about 90 %, then sieve it. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped garlic, saute it for a miknute, then add carrot, beans and cabbage, combine all, add a little sugar into it, next add tomato sauce and soy sauce, mix all , now add cooked rice, add pepper powder also, mix everything well, then turn off flame
