A bowl of curd is one of the most comforting foods for most individuals. Adding this dairy product to dishes like salads and smoothies makes the dishes delicious and nutritious. Indians use curd to marinate meat and kebabs and also add it to gravies and curries. However, apart from being tasty, it is also a powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals.

Heat oil in a pan, add 10 green chillies, fry it well, then keep aside, add finely chopped ginger, garlic, tomato and curry leaves to the pan, saute it well, then add turmeric, crushed mustard, hing and fenugreek powder, mix well, once the raw smell gone turn off flame and add this mix to thick curd, add chilly too, combine well, then have it with rice.
