Take some leaves of chaya manza, chop it well. Heat oil in a pan, add some rice, fry it well. then add mustard, after popping it well, add dry chilly and garlic,m saute it well, then add chopped leaves, onion, salt, turmeric and chilly powder, mix well all, cook it for 5-6 minutes.
