Egg bhurji also known as Anda Bhurji or Ande ka Khagina, is a scrambled eggs dish which is a popular street food and a breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. Originating from the Indian subcontinent.

Ingredients
Eggs -Three
Onions One
Tomato One
Green Chilli -One
Ginger -One Teaspoon
Garlic -Half Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder -One Pinch
Chili Powder -Half Teaspoon
Pepper Powder -One Teaspoon
Coconut Oil -Two Teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
Preparation
To prepare this, heat a pan in the oven, add some coconut oil to it, then add powdered onion and saute it, then add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, add enough salt and saute again.Next, add the tomatoes and cover the pan and cook. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it. Next, add masala powder to the pan and fry. After that you can pour the beaten egg in the middle of the pan . After frying well for a minute, scramble the egg slowly, then mix everything well and finally add coriander leaves and serve.
