Preparation
Dry mango seeds under sunlight, then remove the outer part, take the inner part of seed, peel off it, then soak in water for one day, then grind it with coconut and make fine paste, add rice flour and melted jaggerry, mix well and make thick batter. Take a plate, apply ghee, pour the batter, then steam it well.
