green chilly-5
curry leaves
fish-1/2 kg
coconut oil-1/4 cup
fenugreek-1/4 cup
ginger garlic-2 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-4 tbsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
salt
pot tamarind
hot water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek , let it pop, then add ginger and garlic, saute it well, add shallots and green chilly, mix well, next add carrot, cook it well, by sauting, next add masala powders, mix it well, then transfer it to a mixie jar,grind it into fine paste. Boil soaked tamarind, add masala paste and fish, add water and curry leaves, boil it well and turn off flame.
