Ingredients
duck meat-3 nos
onion-6-7
green chilly-5-8
garlic-2 pods
ginger
chilly powder
turmeric
garam masala
curry leaves
salt
potato-2
oil
mustard
chilly powder and coriander powder
Preparation
Add cleaned meat in a clay pot, then add chopped veggies and masala powders, then add salt and curry leaves, add water, then cook it well. Chop potato into slices, fry it and keep aside. Heat oil in a clay pot, add mutard, let it pop well, add curry leaves and masala powders, then add cooked meat, mix all, then boil it well, now turn off flame.
