Preparation

Take a bottom thick pan, add water and salt, let it boil well, then add rice flour, mix it very well, then turn off flame and cover the pan, after 5-10 minutes, transfer it into counter top, then knead it well with your hand and make very soft dough, divide it into equal small balls, then flatten it with a roller, dust it with rice flour, cut the pathiri in correct round shape, now start cooking it in tawa.
