wheat flour-400 gm
oil-1 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a pan, add salt , sugar, baking soda and water, just heat it. Take flour in a bowl, add oil, then pour the water mix, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide it into equal small balls, flatten it with a pathiri press, then deep fry it in oil.
