Ingredients :
Jackfruit seeds – 1 Cup
Drumsticks – 2, chopped
Small Mango – 1, chopped
Tomato – 2, chopped
Turmeric – ½ Tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Salt
Water
Green chilli – 4
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Grated coconut – 1 Cup
Cumin – ½ Tsp
Garlic cloves – 2
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Dry red chilli
Curry leaves
Preparation
Cook jackfruit seeds, drumstick, tomato, greenchilly, and curry leaves with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and water in a pan. Grind coconut with cumin, garlic and water, then add to curry, boil it well. Finally, season the curry with mustard, curry leaves and dry chilly.
