Ingredients
Cauliflower-1/2 of 1 small
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Black peppercorns-1/2 tsp
Garlic-4
Ginger-1 inch
Onion-2
Tomato-1
Coconut oil-2 tbs
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 1/2 tsp
Water-1 cup
Salt
Sugar-1 tsp
For garnishing
Tomato
Green chilli
Capsicum
Curry leaves
Preparation
Crush garlic, ginger , pepper and fennel seeds, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed items, saute it for a minute, then add onion, curry leaves and salt, saute it again until the onion become golden brown, now lower the flame and add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add tomato, mix it with masala, next add cauli flower, combine all, add a little water, then cook it well, add garam masala and salt, add more water, then cook it until it become thick, next add green chilly, capsicum and tomato, finally add some sugar, mix all, turn off flame.
