Ingredients
wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
salt
water
coconut oil-1 tsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
onion-1
potato grated-1
coriander-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric
salt
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
chicken masala-1/4 tsp
water a little
Preparation
Add wheat flour to a bowl, add salt and a little water, knead it well and make soft dough.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, wait until it pop well, then add onion, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix all, add a little water, mix all well , once it become dry, turn off flame.
Divide wheat dough into 4 parts, flatten it into thin chapathi, cut the chapathi into 4 pieces, add the filling in each piece, then fold it from one side to another, then put it in a pan, shallow fry it well.
