Ingredients
for marination
chicken- 1/2 kg
salt
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric
ginger, garlic and chilly crushed-1 tsp
oil
ginger garlic and chilly crushed
onion-2
chicken masala powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
biriyani masala-1 1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
salt and sugar-1/4 tsp
egg-3
salt
tomato-1
curd-4 tsp
for rice
basmati rice-3 glass
whole spices
ghee
water-6 glass
salt
Preparation
Marinate chicken with the masalas in the recipe list. After 1/2 hrs of rest fry it well, and keep aside. Add onion to the same pan which is used to fry chicken, add ginger, garlic, chilly crushed, saute it well, add salt and tomato, mix well until it become soft, next add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add curd, mix well, then add chicken, combine well, then turn off flame.
Cook rice with water, ghee, whole spices and salt.
Take banana leaf, add rice, then add curry and fried egg, cover it with rice, add some fried onion and ghee, then fold the leaf and tie it carefully, then bake it in low flame.
