raw rice-2 cup
egg-2

maida-4 tbsp
coconut milk- 1 1/2 cup
sesame seeds-1 tbsp
oil
salt-1/4 tsp
sugar
Preparation
Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then grind it with egg, salt, coconut milk, maida, and sugar, make a medium loose batter, pour it to a bowl, add sesame seeds, mix all well. Heat oil for frying, dip the mould in oil, then take it and dip it 3/4 part in the batter, again add to the oil, once the appam separate from the mould, take it and repeat it.
