Ingredients
coconut oil
mustard- 1/4 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
green chilly-2
shallots-10
curry leaves
salt
ginger garlic crushed
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
water
tamarind-2-3
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek and mustard, let it pop well, then add green chilly, garlic and ginger, saute it well, add shallots chopped, saute it again, add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, pour water , tamarind and salt, allow it to boil well, now add fish, boil it for 1-2 minutes, add curry leaves and coconut oil, then turn off flame.
