Ingredients
chicken-4 large pieces
green chilly-3
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
coriander and mint leaves-1 handful each
salt
lemon juice-1 1/2 lemon
kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coconut oil-1 tsp
Preparation
Put deep marks on chicken pieces. Grind, ginger garlic, mint, voriander and green chilly together, then add lemon juice, salt , masala powders and coconut oil, blend it again. Marinate chicken with this masala, and rest for 6 hrs, fry the chicken in air fryer.
