Ingredients
okra-250 gm
shallots-8
tomato-1
green chilly-2
garlic-3
ginger
tamarind- lemon size
curry leaves
turmeric-1 tsp
chilly powder-3 tsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
coconut oil-4 tbsp
mustard-1 tsp
salt
Preparation
Wash okra, wipe out water, then chop it, add a little, turmeric, chilly powder and salt, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add okra, then saute it well. Heat oil in a clay pot, add mustard, let it pop well, then add crushed shallots, garlic, ginger, tomato, green chilly and curry leaves, saute all well, next add masala powders, combine well, now add tamarind juice, boil it well, add salt, next add okra, then cook it well.
