garlic-2
onion-1
green chilly-2
curry leaves
tomato-2
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
tomato sauce-1 tbsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Fry idli in hot oil, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add onion, saute it again, next add tomato, mix it until it become soft, now add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add sauces and salt, then add idli into it, mix it with masala, then add coriander leaves, now turn off flame.
