Ingredients
Toor Dal – 1/2C
Water – 1 1/2C
Garlic – 2nos
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Salt – 1/2tsp
Sunflower oil – 2tsp
Tadka
Ghee – 1 1/2tbsp
Cumin – 1/2tsp
Garlic – 1 1/2tsp
Ginger – 1/4tsp
Green chilli – 1
Onion – 1
Salt – 1/4tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2tsp
turmeric powder – 1/4tsp
Tomato – 1
Preparation
Soak washed dal 20 minutes, then add to a pressure cooker with water, then add garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, salt and oil, then cook it for 2 whiste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin, let it pop well, next add green chilly, garlic and ginger , saute it well, next add onion, saute it too, add salt, chilly powder, and turmeric, mix well, add tomato, mix until it turns soft, add cooked dal, mix well, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
