Ingredients:-

Boiled Eggs :- 4

Oil :- 2Tbsp

Water :- 1&1/2 cups

Onions :- 2 big

Green chili :- 1-2

Garlic :- 3-4

Ginger :- 1in long

മTurmeric powder :- 1/4 Tsp

Coriander powder :- 1&1/2 Tsp

Garam masala :- 1/2 Tsp

Salt

Mustard seeds

Dried red chilis

Curry leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add curry leaves, garlic, ginger and green chilly, saute it all well, next add onion, saute it until it become soft, then add masala powders, saute it again until the raw smell gone, next add tomato and water, mix all, then boil it, mash it with the laddle, then add boiled egg, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
