green chili 3

ginger small piece

curry leaves

mustard 1/2 spoon

Uzhunnu parippu/Urad dal 1 spoon

turmeric powder 1/2 spoon

oil

salt

for batter

gram flour /kadala mave 1 cup

rice flour /aripodi 2 spoon

kaya podi 1 pinch

turmeric powder 1/4 poon

chili powder 1/2 spoon

salt

water

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal, pop it well, then add onion, curry leaves, ginger, and green chilly , saute all well, add salt. Next add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add coriander leaves, next pour a little water, now add boiled and mashed potato, mix well with a spatula, then keep this aside.

For batter, mix all ingredients above mentioned list in a bowl, pour water, mix well and make a thick batter. Make small balls from the potato mix, then dip it in the batter, now fry it in hot oil.
