Ingredients
chicken-600 gm
pepper powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
thin coconut milk-1 cup
thick coconut milk-3/4 cup
onion-2
green chilly-2
ginger
garlic-8
oil-1 tbsp
whole spices
coriander powder-1 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
soaked cashew-10
lemon-1/2
garam masala-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and pepper powder. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and garlic, saute it well, then add chicken pieces, mix well, pour thin coconut milk, then cook it well. Heat another pan, add oil, then add ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute, then add onion and green chilly, saute it until it become soft, add coriander powder and pepper powder, mix well, then turn off flame. Grind the mix with cashews , and make a fine paste, add this paste to cooked chicken, mix well, add salt and masala powder, squeeze 1/2 lemon, then finally add thick coconut milk and curry leaves, after heat it well turn off flame.
