Ingredients
oil
mustard
ginger garlic chopped-2 tsp
green chilly-2
onion-3
curry leaves
salt
tomato-1
chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
chicken masala-1 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
water
coconut milk-3/4 cup
boiled egg-5
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard to pop, then add onion, green chilly, ginger garlic and curry leaves, saute all well, then add tomato, after sauting it well add masala powders, mix it well to remove the raw smell, pour hot water, let it boil well add salt to taste, once it become thick pour coconut milk, then add boiled egg, combine all well, then turn off flame.
