Ingredients
raw rice-1 cup
potato-1
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
cumin-1/2 tbsp
red chilly flakes-3/4 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
salt
green chilly
ginger
curry leaves
carrot-1/2 cup
onion-1
tomato-1
coriander leaves
baking soda-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Soak rice overnight, then grind it into fine paste with water and boiled potato, transfer the batter to a bowl, then add finely chopped vegetables, salt, masala Powders and baking soda, combine all well. Heat a sauce pan, pour the batter, then cook it after covering the pan, flip to another side if one side is cooked enough, then transfer it to a plate.
