semolina-3/4 cup
sugar-1/2 cup

wheat flour-1 cup
milk-1/2 cup
butter-3 tbsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Grind sugar with cardamom and make fine powder, then add to a bowl, add semolina and wheat flour into it, combine all well. Boil milk with butter, then pour it above the flour, mix well, knead it after the heat is gone. Divide it into small balls, then shape it with a steel strainer. Fry it in hot oil.
