Ingredients
peanut-1 cup
oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1 pinch
dry chilly-4
shallots-7-8
garlic-4-5
coconut-2-3 tsp
tamarind-1 small piece
water
coconut oil
mustard
curry leaves
dry chilly
Preparation
Dry roast peanut, then remove peels. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, then add dry chilly, after roasting it well add shallots, garlic and coconut, mix well, then add peanut and tamarind, combine all well, then turn off flame. Once it cooled down, grind it with water and salt and make a thick paste. Finally season it with mustard, dry chilly, and curry leaves.
