Ingredients
pork-1 kg
ginger – 2 piece
garlic-15
onion-2
green chilly-6
tomato
coriander powder-1 tbsp+ 2 tbsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp+ 2 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp+1 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp+1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
oil-2-3 tbsp
crushed shallots-10
coconut piece-1/2 coconut
Preparation
Marinate pork with 1/2 portion of chopped vegetables, salt, small quantity of masala powders, salt and water, then keep this aside for 1/2 hrs. After marination, cook the meat in pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add another half portion of vegetables and coconut pieces, add curry leaves too, saute it well, then add masala powders, combine well, now add cooked meat, mix well and cook it until it become dry, finally add curry leaves, then mix it well and turn off flame.
