Ingredients
jaggery – 200g
water – 1cup
rice flour -cup
maida-1/2cup
Rava-2tbs
salt-1pinch
ghee-1/2ts
coconut -2tbs
cardamom powder – 1/2tsp
luke warm water – 1/2cup
sesame – 1tbs
oil
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with water and keep aside. Soak papad in water. Take a bowl, add rice flour, maida, rava , and salt, then pour jaggerry juice, mix well and make thick batter, add water if required, next add soaked papad, sesame seeds and cardamom powder, combine well. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with a laddle, fry both sides well.
