wheat flour-1 cup
semolina-1/4 cup

sugar-1 tbsp
water-1 1/2 cup
coconut oil-1 tbsp

Preparation
Take semolina in a bowl, soak it in milk for 15 minutes. Mix semolina, wheat flour, sugar , oil,salt and water, then transfer it to a mixie jar, blend it well, pour it to a bowl. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, round it into thin layer, add ghee, then cook both sides.
