Ingredients
raw banana-3
water
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
curry leaves
coconut-1 1/2 handful
garlic-5
curry leaves
cumin-1/2 tsp
pepper – tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
green chilly-2
tomato-1
oil
mustard
dry chilly-2
shallots-4
curry leaves
Preparation
Cook banana with water, salt, turmeric and curry leaves. Heat a pan, add coconut, shallots, curry leaves and cumin, roast it until it turns brown, now add masala powders, mix well, then turn off flame. Grind coconut and make paste, then add to curry, add more water, boil it well. Finally season the curry with mustard, shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves.
