Preparation
Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt and oil, after mix well pour hot water, mix it , then cover the bowl for 10 minutes, after that knead it well and make soft dough. Take dough , long shape is prefered, grate the dough to banana leaf by using a grater, add coconut above it, prepare more idiyappam like this, then steam it well.
