Ingredients
raw rice-1 cup
cumin-1/4 tsp
cardamom-4
baking soda-1/4 tsp
water
cooked rice-1 laddle
jaggerry-3
water-1/4 glass
rava-3 tbsp
salt-1 pinch
coconut-1/2 cup
oil
Preparation
Soak raw rice for 3 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice, cumin, cardamom, baking soda and water , then pour it to a bowl, add melted jaggerry, coconut and salt, mix well, add rava to adjust thickness. Heat oil in a pan, pour 1 laddle off batter, wait until the bubble comes out, then flip to another side, fry it well.
