Ingredients

To Marinate prawns
Chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped mint leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – half lemon
To make bityani
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon stick – 1 piece
Clove – 4
Cardamom -2
Onion- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Tomato- 2
Chopped Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Biryani masala – 2 teaspoon
Yoghurt – 1 and half tablespoons
Water – 2 and 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 2 cup
Preparation
Take cleaned prawns, add masalas to marinate, then mix well, keep this aside for 1 hour. Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker,add whole spices, roast it well, then add onion, ginger garlic crushed, tomato, coriander and mint leaves, saute it well, next add turmeric and masala powder, saute it again, now add marinated prawns, mix it well until it cooked half, now pour water, once it boil well add salt and soaked rice, then cover the cooker and cook it for 10 minutes in low flame, then turn off flame.
