ghee-1/2 glass

kismis-20

hot water-3 glass

yellow food color-3-4 drops

sugar-1 1/2 glass

salt-1 pinch

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Heat a pan, pour ghee, let it heat well, now add cashew, after roasting it well keep aside, then add kismis, roast this too, then set aside.Add rava to the pan, roast it well, then pour hot water, cook rava until it become thick, add food color, mix well, next add sugar, mix until sugar melts, next add cardamom and roasted cashew and kismis, mix well and serve it.
