Ingredients
Beef – 500 gm
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriender powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt
For Masala
Coconut oil
Fenugreek seed- 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli – 3 nos
Curryleaves
Onion- 1 ( medium)
Onion shallot-12
Ginger -1 small pc
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriendar powder -11/2 tbsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds powder = Yr taste
Preparation
Take beef in a bowl, add turmeric,salt,coriander powder, chilly powder,pepper powder,curry leaves and coconut oil, mix it with your hand, add water, then cook it in a pressure cooker.Add shallots,ginger, garlic,and fennel seeds, crush it well.Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, let it pop, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then add onion, mix it well, next add salt, cook until it become soft, next add masala powders, then mix it until it turns aromatic, then add crushed garlic mix, saute until the raw smell gone, then add beef and tomato, mix well, pour beef stock, cook until it become dry, finally add green chillies then turn off flame.
