Ingredients
Horse gram-1 cup
coconut oil-2 tbsp
salt
curry leaves
mustard-1 tsp
shallots-10
green chilly-4
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coconut-1/2 cup
Preparation
Wash horse gram, then add to a pressure cooker, add water, curry leaves and salt, then cook it for 3-4 whistle.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add crushed shallot and chilly, saute it well, then add curry leaves and dry chilly, mix well, then add masala powders, next add coconut, mix again, add salt a little, mix it again, now add cooked horse gram, combine all well, once it become dry turn off flame.
