water
water-1 1/2 cup

red food color
yellow food color
cooked semiya

chocolete syrup

Preparation
For making jelly, soak gelatin for 10 minutes in hot water.Boil water with sugar in a pan, then add gelatin, mix well, then divide it into equal 2 or 3 parts, add different food color to each parts, mix well and keep in fridge for 2 hrs.Once it set well, cut it into small pieces.
Add rose essence to milk, mix well and keep aside.For setting falooda, take servind glass, add a color jelly, then add vermicell, next pour rose milk,then sabja,next ice cream,fruits,nuts again another color jelly, finally add ice cream, spread chocolete syrup above it, then serve it.
