Ingredients
fish – 1kg
coconut oil – 3 tbsp
mustard seeds -1 tsp
fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Crushed garlic – 3 tablespoons
Crushed Ginger – 3 tablespoons
curryleaves
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 11/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 3 Tbsp
Fenugreek powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Secret Ingredient – 1 pinch
Kudampuli extract 11/2 glass
water
salt
Preparation
Take a clay pot, add tamarind, salt and water, boil it well, then keep aside.Heat another pot, add coconut oil, then heat it well, now add mustard,let it pop, then add fenugreek seeds, after poping it well add ginger ,garlic crushed and curry leaves, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, then pour pot tamarind water, boil it well, then add fish, cook it well, once the curry become thick turn off flame.
