Preparation
Crush cooked chicken in a mixie jar.Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, roast it well, add chilly powder and turmeric, mix well, roast it for 2 minutes, then keep aside.Heat oil again in the pan, add onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves, saute it well, add turmeric and salt, after mixing well add chicken, mix with masala, then turn off flame, add the masala to mashed potato, mix all and make cutlets.Prepare a maida mix,dip cutlet into it, then coat bread crumbs, finally time to fry, add to hot oil and fry well.
