Ingredients
Chembu-400 gm
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water
onion-1
ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
green chilly-3
turmeric-1/4 tbsp
chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
cumin powder-1/4 tbsp
tomato-2
salt
curd-1/4 cup
garam masala powder-1/4 tbsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Add chembu to a pan, add salt,turmeric and water, then cook it well, once the water become dissolve, mash chembu with a laddle and turn off flame.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then add onion,ginger garlic crushed and green chilly, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone. Next add tomato, cook until it become soft, then add curd, mix well and pour water, add salt , lets boil it well, finally add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
