oil-2 tsp
onion-3
fennel-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
salt
green chilly
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
chicken masala-1 tbsp
tomato-1
capsicum-1
water
cooked tapioca with salt and turmeric
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, roast it well, then add onion and curry leaves, saute it well, then add salt, green chilly and ginger garlic paste, mix all well, next add chilly powder, chicken masala, turmeric and coriander powder, mix all together, add capsicum, mix with masala, add a little water, cook it well, then add other masala powders and curry leaves, finally add cooked tapioca, then mix it with masala and turn off flame.
